Our platform, Capalo Zeus VPP™, operates battery energy storage systems as a virtual power plant, helping asset owners generate higher revenues while supporting a more resilient and sustainable energy grid.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Romania to take ownership of our partner relationships after contracts are signed and help grow their portfolio with Capalo.

Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our customers. Your focus will be to ensure successful onboarding, strong client engagement, and long-term portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship after contract signing

• Work closely with our Customer and Asset onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding

• Maintain regular and tight engagement with client stakeholders during onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle to discuss the market outlook, Capalo Zeus VPP trading strategies and performance.

• Ensure the customer understands the value creation logic of Zeus VPP and enable the customer’s ideas and feedback to be heard and propagated to product development

• Organize and lead performance review meetings, presenting trading insights, results and electricity market outlook

• Identify opportunities to expand customer portfolios through additional assets or projects

• Present revenue simulations and market insights to support customer decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in account management, sales, or customer success

• Background in energy markets, SaaS, or technology is a strong plus

• Customer centric and commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities

• Ability to translate complex technical or market insights into clear business value

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of key customer relationships
